How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied, let us know. If you receive an item from us that is damaged or broken in any way, we will replace it or exchange it.
All returns require an RA# (Return Authorization), or the item may not be accepted.
Please call 404.876.8655 and ask to speak with Jeff to assist you in the process.
A return call tag will be issued on a Return Authorization, where the customer received defective goods, at no cost to the customer.
Items must be in original packaging with all included parts and materials, in resalable condition.
For items out of original packaging or not in resalable conditions, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be incurred.
If the returned item is not damaged or broken upon receipt, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend you have the package insured if the package is valued over $100.
We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused in the return shipping process.
